Innovative Solutions, a Minnesota based Company founded in 1997, realized that machine shops and manufacturers were in need of affordable new technologies and support to help improve their Coolant Management Processes and Programs.  Most were using conventional coolants that required biocides, pH boosters, lube boosters and other chemicals to maintain and recycle these products or simply pumping and dumping.  As a result we have brought to the market, this new technology in coolants along with inexpensive non-chemical means to recycle these products.  As a result ISM&M, Inc. was founded on these principles:

Our water soluble and semi-synthetic, state of the art products are formulated without, and do not require expensive and potentially harmful biocides or lube boosters, so crucial for bio-stability and tool life.  In this way Whitecourt Oil products are unique and superior.

In essence, all these factors contribute to making these products extremely user friendly; free from carcinogens, and containing no biocides, phenols, nitrites, chromate's, sulfur or phosphorus. Due to the fact these products have a new technology not dependent on biocides for stability, they can inexpensively be recycled. This led to the development of our recycling products and the hand picked product lines represented in this site.

With our non-chemical, economical methods of recycling we can help to reclaim large percentages of these water soluble, semi-synthetic and full synthetic products.
