Innovative Solutions, is a Minnesota based Company was founded in 1997.  We understood that machine shops and manufacturers were in need of affordable new technologies and support to help improve their Coolant Management Processes and Programs.  Most were using conventional coolants that required biocides, pH boosters, lube boosters and other chemicals to maintain and recycle these products or simply pumping and dumping.  As a result we have brought to the market, this new technology in coolants along with inexpensive non-chemical means to recycle these products.

We currently service a broad base of Distributors and Endusers,  that  serve the Aerospace, Medical, Neclear, Military, Oil Exploration, Automotive Industries, Job Shops and more.  We have provided for many customers, machine tool coolant management solutions, starting with our high quality water-soluble, semi-synthetic and full synthetic coolants.

 

Our water soluble and semi-synthetic, state of the art products are formulated without boicides, and do not require these expensive and potentially harmful components.  These products are not formulated with "food for bacteria", thus do not require biocides.  In this way Whitecourt Oil products are unique and superior to conventional technologies.

                      

In essence, all these factors contribute to making these products extremely user friendly; free from carcinogens, and containing no biocides, phenols, nitrites, or chromate's.  Due to the fact these products have a proven technology not dependent on biocides for stability, they can inexpensively be recycled.  This led to the development of our recycling products and the hand picked product lines represented in this site.  They include our patented Coolant Train.

 

With our non-chemical, economical methods of recycling we can help to reclaim large percentages of these water soluble, semi-synthetic and full synthetic products.
